A Closer look At Neuvita Inc. by Dennis Films
Neuvita Inc. is our second short film of the 2024–2025 season, following Missing Pages. Although it lives in a completely different world, one thread remains consistent: confronting difficult feelings, painful memories, and finding what is real in all of it.
Set in a sci-fi dystopian future, Neuvita Inc. explores a society where people live worry-free through a subscription service that erases painful memories. With each visit from a Neuvita “Memory Consultant,” clients are promised freedom from their past and the chance to begin again. But as the story unfolds, we begin to see the cost of forgetting.

As the CEO of Neuvita Inc., Tonya elevated this role beyond our expectations. Her presence, both on camera and behind the scenes, continues to bring incredible value to Dennis Films. Tonya Stoutt - Brown has been creating, and dreaming with us ever since we were little kids. It’s always an honor to have her a part of a project.

More About the Film
Neuvita Inc. is one of our boldest concepts yet. With a dystopian, sci-fi edge, it taps into a childlike sense of wonder while threading a steady current of mystery and suspense. From concept to execution, it challenged us creatively in new ways and quickly became one of our favorite projects.
At its core, the film asks: What would you give to forget the moments that broke you?
It’s a story about the tension between pain and purpose, and the danger of erasing what we’re meant to confront.
